Athletics Support Initiative
In response to evolving institutional priorities, this initiative focused on expanding high-impact design support for Tennessee Tech Athletics, bridging fast-moving athletic campaigns with the university’s primary visual brand. Operating under demanding timelines, the work required rapid visual problem-solving, quick pivots, and seamless execution across a wide range of print and digital collateral. Projects ranged from multi-page digital and print executive search publications for coaching recruitment to rapid-turnaround event signage and promotional table displays often produced within tight windows.
A core focus of the effort involved developing capital campaign and donor-facing marketing materials for the new Tucker Stadium redevelopment project. This required synthesizing preliminary, limited architectural renderings into a cohesive presentation pitchbook for high-level donors and city stakeholders, alongside direct-to-community brochures detailing premium suite amenities, ticket tiers, and seating options for the upcoming season. To ensure maximum visual clarity across both print and digital signage, low-resolution architectural layouts and seating charts were completely re-vectored and standardized from scratch.
Ultimately, this initiative demonstrated an ability to remain agile, composed, and resourceful under strict time constraints. By translating complex, multi-stakeholder needs. Spanning recruitment, donor relations, and facility campaigns into production-ready visual assets, the project successfully supported and elevated the athletics brand while maintaining the high quality and brand integrity expected at the university level.
